Overview

The Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) advises the PDX 2045 project team, providing guidance, bringing diverse perspectives to the conversation, and helping to shape the future of PDX. The PAC is composed of 25 community members that encompass a broad range of knowledge, skills, and lived experiences. PAC members provide insight on project decisions that may benefit or impact community members, including neighbors, travelers, airport employees, and businesses that operate at or rely on PDX. PAC members were invited to serve through an open recruitment process in spring 2024. The Port is not currently seeking new members to join the PAC.

PAC meetings

Members of the public are welcome to attend most PAC meetings in-person or virtually. Notices of upcoming meetings and meeting materials are posted here once finalized.

Public comment is accepted at PAC meetings. Members of the public may sign up for public comment at the meeting sign-in table. Those joining virtually should register in advance using the webinar link listed in upcoming meetings. The PAC meeting facilitator will manage the meeting agenda and may limit the amount of time provided each commenter.

Some PAC meetings take the form of tours or events during which there will not be an opportunity for public attendance or comment.

PAC Meeting 5: January 15, 2025, 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM 

  • 5:30-6:00 PM – PAC Member Dinner/mingling
  • 6:00-8:00 PM – Meeting presentations and discussion (open to the public)
